Liam is back *Puts on Terminator glasses*.
(Thanks for bringing up the best GNU/Linux gaming related website on the Internet)
Well thanks for calling ME out, despite two other users "polluting" the conversation before I did. I saw those two "polluters" and decided to add my +1 for Mac here since it seemed a developer was seeing things. Really, when you think about it, us Linux and Mac users are always getting the shaft when it comes to games development, so it's not a bad idea to voice our concerns together.... but that's just my thought.
SORRY FOR THROWING MY GARBAGE IN YOUR THREAD, DUDE.
"All trolls/angry unemployed people/etc who just planned to copy/paste dumb and off-topic sentences, such as 'Linux is not for gaming' or 'Linux gaming is 0.000001% of the market', please, do a favor to yourself and others, refrain to post here."
Mac users get the EXACT SAME ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, all the time. I feel your pain.
But thanks for calling ME out as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ litterbug.
Have a great day.
Sorry if I hurt your feelings, but just take a look at games supported on Mac OS and Linux, you will see the situation is not the same. Furthermore, it's not like if Valve pushed Steam Machines with Linux... Not to mention than most of Macs are not fitted with enough decent GPUs, with a closed hardware... Final point : you will not be taken more seriously when saying "it's the same for us" (because it's not, see above) by insulting, etc. especially if you say that you can relate. Take your anger somewhere else, pal.
As for the point you are totally missing : if you want to show the devs they should investigate the possibility of making a Mac OS version (which is not to different from a Linux one), creating another post is the way to go! This would show the potential of a multiplatform release.
Will be ready soon!
