Yes.
Solo is awesome.
All multiplayer is dedicated, however too many server, but I usually see a lot of players online all the time. So no problem with it.
Cooperation mode quite difficult to get, add people as friends (like me) and send invite to really play it.

Should i pay the extra for the "Command Edition" with the Hitler DLC?

YES!

There's also a complete edition with all the dlc out in the stores. It's totally worth it. I don't think everyone will agree with this, but for me this is the best game I've played in years, absolutely love it!
