Well 3 hours now, since ive been able to play no response from any type of gm or admin about wtf is going on... It is not just steam users i downloaded there launcher from Gf made a new char on N/A server same bug, will get to character creation screen then when you attempt to hit "GAME START" nothing happens. Have rebooted the game over 50 times, verfied files etc.

Would like some answers here + i was on a 100% EXP book when the game lagged out forcing me to relog i had about 52 minutes still on it.....

So i would expect that to still be there when they get there stuff together and fix this issue..
Or i do expect some type of compensation for that.

Game Start button broken

I logged into SoulWorker, obviously wanting to play the video game, but I clicked my character and "Game Start" and nothing happened. ;-; Q_Q send help pls

Seems its just NA Server and doesn't matter if you're on Steam or the launcher. I could make a new character and start on the EN Server.

That generally makes it so you can't even log on to the server this is different.

well at least im not the only one.. I was starting to think it was a config. issue with my pc.. nice of them to f*$king acknowledge it isnt it.. I havent heard a peep on here from the devs. lol...Edit: I just noticed there are at least 4 other threads with this same issue..

My guess is that the bug is from the newest update, and they didn't notice it before they released it. Hopefully they'll fix this soon.

No. This has been ongoing issue. I've had this a week ago and many before that.

Same. I restarted 3 times already!. I can pick server and character fine. But it won't let me start the game when I click 'game start'

SW Broken

Welp, I finally have a day off from working 17 days straight. I tried to hop on Soul Worker, and I can't enter the game. I was looking forward in playing Soul Worker after working for so long, then this issue happens. Feelsbad GG R.I.P. AngelBibleThump LUL.

NA Server (Tenebris) Won't Game Start

I don't know what happen after maintenance but in morning i play in Tenebris won't start... anyone can give me solution how to fix it or maybe wait until next maintenance

The NA server for the game has been unstable since the start of their beta test, and this issue is unrelated to playing through Steam. It's just the NA server that has this problem, if you were to play on the English EU server, Candus, you'd have no problems, as their EU servers are stable.

GameForge is a German company (it'd be about 8AM for them right about now), and I believe this game is the first time they've run a server in NA. They really need to either get the NA server sorted out once, and for all, or just transfer our stuff to Candus, or a new English EU server, and forget about running a NA server for this, or the next game they supposedly will be hosting NA servers for (Guardians Of Ember).
