You will not get one from GF, it was said several times.
It was announced that SEA will get servers one day, but it'll be by another publisher.

IP Block?

I just noticed that SoulWorker is gone from my Steam Shop but it still on my Steam Library, when I try to check the game page through the library it says the game is unavailable on my Region, so, did they just IP Blocked it already?

I needed to reinstall because half my screen was glitched...now I can't get it at all? I have the same issue..what the hell is this.

In case of the SEA region, to not get in the way of Publisher over there Gameforge can't just open a Server there i guess, but IP Blocking might be a bit aggressive tbh.
