I recently just bought SoundPad and it's amazing. But suddenly, i can't hear the sound that i play on my SoundPad. My friends who are in the same Discord channel still can hear the sounds, but i can't hear the sounds on my headset. My playback volume is not muted. Please help ???:lunar2019deadpanpig:

Hello Devs ! Thanks for replying. I tried the solutions on the FAQ and it still doesn't work...

Let's exclude decoder issues. Please add the file cue.mp3 to your sound list. The file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Soundpad\sounds\cue.mp3. Right-click the file in Soundpad and select Edit file. This will open the Sound Editor and display the file like shown on this screenshot[www.leppsoft.com]. Does it work so far, or do you get any error message or is the file decoded as pure silence, means no vertical lines in the graphical representation of the sound in the Sound Editor?

Next, try to play the file in the Sound Editor. Do you hear it?
Can you play and hear the cue.mp3 in any other media player on your computer?

I selected the Edit file on the cue.mp3 and shows the exact same graphic as your screenshot, which means that its should be working.

And oh yeah i have this text thingy from the troubleshoot button (hope this helps)

But, can you play and hear the file in the Sound Editor?
Can you play and hear the cue.mp3 in any other media player on your computer?
