It won't help you much, but the error code 80040154, text code REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG, means: Class not registered. Soundpad relies on different Microsoft components and one of them is missing on your system.

Which Windows version are you using? Is it Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10? Is it probably one of the N-versions, e.g. Windows 10 Home N?

It seems to be related to this dicussion, where installing the media feature packs helped. The first response has a link for Windows 7 N[www.microsoft.com], the second response the link for Windows 10 N[www.microsoft.com].
