Game does not want to open

If i start game it says: Game will crash, proc.dmp file will be created. on next box click retry button. No next window pops up game just close????????????

Payed alot for this help and cant refund because bought it with a cd!!!

Hi Slash3r, sorry to hear you've also encountered a crash!

Is it possible for you to provide us with the following:

– DirectX diagnostic file:

• Press the Windows + R key
  
• Type dxdiag in the search box and click on OK
  
• When DxDiag opens, check to see if there’s a button that says Run 64-bit DxDiag – if there is click it
  
• Click Save All Information and save the file to your desktop (make sure it’s saving as a text file)
  
• Copy and paste the text and share us your pastebin link: https://pastebin.com

– Proc.dmp file:

• Right-click on the game in your Steam games library
  
• Select “Properties”
  
• Go to the “LOCAL FILES” tab
  
• Go to "exe" and you'll find the "proc.dmp" file
  
• Upload the file to https://wetransfer.com/ and send us the link.

It seems like your issue is coming from your drivers.
Could you please check that both your DirectX software and graphic card drivers are up to date?

I have check both drivers and it is up to date is there maybe something else that can cause this problem?

Hi,
It seems like your graphic card (9800GT) is not powerful enough. We’ve noticed a 3Dmark score of 700, while the game asks for a score of 4100 min (660GTX). Your card also seems to only have 1GB of dedicated memory; while the game needs at least 2GB of dedicated memory.

I’m really sorry, but I don’t think we can help you here :(
