WRC7 Won't Launch/Run

Hello -
I purchased and installed WRC7 yesterday, and cannot get the game to launch/run. It doesn't matter if I launch/run the game from within Steam or if I attempt to run it from its installation location (F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\WRC 7\). When I attempt to launch/run the game, the WRC7.exe file disappears from the \steamapps\common\WRC 7\ folder. The executable simply disappears, and is not found in the trash bin. I then run the "Verify integrity of game files..." utility, which does recognize that a file is missing, and does copy it back down. Then, the same thing happens all over again; I launch/run the game, and nothing ever happens, except of course for the WRC7.exe file mysteriously disappears. I have 18 other games installed via Steam, and none of them have ever been this difficult to get working. Very strange.

I have also made certain that antivirus is disabled, and have followed all of the recommendations found here: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9828-SFLZ-9289.

Sure all antivirus is off? Or make a full scan of your PC. Maybe you something bad on your rig.

Do you use Mc Afee security ? sometimes it considers the .exe like a trojan (which is wrong) and so put it in quarantine.

The same error happend to my computer, and I found why, because the Mcafee blocked the .exe file.
