CPU overclocking 5353 ?
Please help with the task of accelerating the CPU to 5353 Mhz
I tried to disperse 9900K and 8086K (h53 h101) lifting tension up to 2 volts.
But I constantly get a BSOD or a burned processor.

Is it custom water cooled or is is cooled with an AIO or fan? I tried to do one the other day that was overclocking the cpu to 5252 and I couldn't get it to work without custom water cooling. But because of the budget I couldn't put in a custom water cooler.

Unfortunately it seems like some missions are kinda bugged and are impossible to get 5 stars on.

I just started rejecting jobs that require a high overclock without custom water cooling.

imposible this cpu 9900k
i have same probleme i burne twos times
i have adjust voltage 1.35 to 1.65 and big heatsking or aio no way.
after adjust front 1.65 to max 2,0 volts in step the 0.05 each adjust no way.
mever to have overcled over 5.200mhz.
a have replace cpu for 9700k is good cpu to overcled.
i have receive request customer to oc to 5454 mhz whit new pc.
i have use cpu whit high power use 140 watts. or 127 wats
ex:intel i9-9900ks use 127 watt is good for overclock.
my esperience ,
i have finis the game last week.level 31-max whit 5 stars.
9900ks with custom water cooling will do 5353

It's a tough overclock job, but I think you can do it with 8086K in only a few tries, if I recall.

I hate the cpu overclocking jobs. They usually pay well, but as a matter of principle I turn down any that request an OC over 5200. They usually consume a disproportionate amount of time to try and hit.

I'm fairly certain 5200 is quite easy, with a CPU whose base clock is 5000..

I'm trying to do one of these, with a 9900KS and I'm getting thermal throttling.
Requirement of 5200, and the customer wants me to use an arctic cooler (yay for air cooling x_x ) so that stinks. I can get it stable, just not at a low enough temperature. Got 5 case fans in addition to the cpu cooler, and thought that maybe the gpu was too close so I moved that to a lower slot. Still hitting the barrier. Any suggestions?

Huh I OCed 8086K to 5454Mhz@1.9V with watercooling and I remember a guy here on forums who reached 5500Mhz@2.0V with this CPU, so 5353 Mhz shouldn't be that much of a challenge.
If you are still struggling please post a save game file and let us try.

I have the computer on the table, and I have a feeling that I am doing something completely silly here, akin to looking for the 'any' key. That having been said, I also am not a hardware guy. I don't really know all of the things that I should try.

Thank you for your help on this.

Just replace AIO with SilverStone HE01 and you are good to go, stable temps at 92C.
Make also sure to install at least one Arcitc case fan to fulfill fanboy objective.
CFM is king my man, your AIO has 105 CFM vs 171 CFM of HE01. Why did you choose AIO in the first place? There is no such requirement.

Augh. I totally didn't think about case fans for the Arctic requirement.
As for why the AIO, "Because water cooling is best". I'm still picking apart what the mechanics of this system are. I really do appreciate it. I'll start looking at the CFM stat when looking for options.

Just a note here: CUSTOM water cooling is the best and superior to AIO's. Both in real life and in game. This mostly stems from expandability and our ability to expand custom loops to add more radiators.

this is the most cooling you can possibly achieve, 4 240mm, 4 140mm, 2 120mm.
