A Shield Made Of Ground Up Moon Rocks

Somebody please make a mod where I can shoot one portal on a shield and shoot the other portal on the moon.
With this, I will be able to suck in everything in my path and send them to the moon.
Actually, I want to use this weapon for other games such as : Batman, Crysis, Deus Ex, Dishonored, Dragon Age, Elder scrolls, Fallout, Mark of the Ninja, Mass Effect, Torchlight, Witcher, and so on.
