Help, I think I broke the game!
Was playing in chapter 7 single-player mode. Somehow called up the Emoticon HUD from co-op but with less options. Now I cannot walk, even starting in a previous area brings up the HUD automatically leaving the game un-playable.

I also have the same problem, I tried the coop mode with a friends but the game left on its own. I think there is a problem with Steam because I tried to reinstall it but I couldn't, I just got an error message...

I managed to reinstall the app (it's in progress so I can't say if it's going to work, but I hope so)
Juste delete the application and delete the portal2 folder (Steam/SteamApps/common/Portal2) Then reinstall it

Edit : It works perfectly now :)
