Weird garble noise
Me and a friend are playing standard co-op mode and we are hearing a high-pitched noise. It drowns out Glados and the sound effects, but not our voices.

I think it's because the sounds gets bounced around from speaker to mic to speaker to mic and amplified in the process.

turn off mic if you're near each other or make sure the mic doesn't pick up sounds from the speaker.
