Co-op invite not working
When I attempt to invite my steam friend to my game, while he has the game open, and he presses Shift+Tab and selects join game nothing happens. Also when he right clicks my name Join Game is grayed out. This also applies to me when he invites me. We have only got it to work once. Is this happening to anyone else and is there any fix?

Try restarting steam, it often helps. It seems like steam friends update broke it

Thanks for the suggestion, however both of us have restarted both steam and our computers. Agree with you that the update screwed it up :/

Try validating your Portal 2 game files, after it said that all files were validated it worked for me.
