Hand on the Portal Gun

If you don't know what i mean, i'm talking about the hand and arm at the bottom of the portal gun model. i've seen it from time to time and i was wondering if there was anyway to get it. here is a screenshot http://prntscr.com/gk2dlv

You need to mod your game to do this, I dont know how to mod different models, so I cant help you.
