Can´t find the Eluee stone.

I´m having some problems with the essence idol puzzle. From what I´ve read, the idpls you´re suppposed to find in the riss storehouses are water, wind and fire, right?
And when you´ve completed the puzzle, Naarn is supposed to come out of the daoka and give you the earth stone.
Problem is, I am missing the water stone, and have the earth stone in my inventory.

I don't know where you find which but yeah, 3 of them are found in the store houses and Naarn drops the last one. Water looks a bit similar to wind and fire and earth also look alike, I always mix them up. Maybe that's the case?

I hope so, but I don´t think so. The one I´m supposed to have, from what I´ve read, looks like a wavy line, and the one I´m, from what I´ve read, not supposed to have looks like two mountains.
Guess I have to restart the game toi find out... Let´s just hope it works, I really want to play this game.

I never heard of the stones being mixed up, I don't think that can happen. It's up to you but I think it's too early to restart the game. Instead go back to the riss houses and have a good look if you missed something.
Also it sounds like you're gathering the symbols but not solving the actual puzzle. Try using the idols you have in the appropriate places and see what happens.

Yeah stones can't get mixed up for sure.
There are three stones to be found in 3 riss houses (two near temple Fea and one near the 3 smaller temples).
Just go to all three and carefully search every corner if you did miss one of them.

4th relic will be later dropped by Naarn in temple Fae.

If you still can't find it - please send me a savegame (it's in the Outcast folder on your PC)

I think it was a bug. I tried restarting the game, and searching the riss storage houses.
I found every idol except for the earth one, which Naarn gives to you when you reach the Temple Fae.
