everytime i select the Demo it just takes me back to the store page?

My mother plays this game and asked me what it did and I have no idea. I could not find the information online so far. If anyone could tell me what the power ups all do I would really appreciate it.

18 moves to naviguate a board full of cobwebs, rocks and multi-layer tiles isn't doable without luck. The fact that it's the first level where the scrambling boards mechanic appear because no more moves are possible is really telling how absurd the level is. And the bonus ( bombs/wild/whatever ) you get are useless because you can't choose were they appear. So they usually appear stuck between cobwebs and are not usable. When I get to what should be the last hit to take out the Boss, Zap stops going to her brother and runs between two points on the far left side of the playfield. This happened twice. The only way out of the loop was to open Task Manager and end the application. I tried again, but turned off the "Automatically Finish Level" option and it played out properly.
