First Impressions?
I couldn't glean a whole lot from the store page. I think Blood & Gold had a lot of good ideas, and some poor execution, and I'm very interested to see what creative direction the devs have gone in. I'm desperate for pirate esque games, so I'm very curious how this is so far

If someone manages to get the game and record the current version, please leave here a link, I've very interesting to see how this game is, but still a step behind buying it because I don't know it

Hmm it's a bit buggy, but the ship to ship action etc. is very cool!
Will do ^^^ yeah I expect bugs as well hoping for the best - i'll post the video link here later

No it's not lmao, it's more like man'o'war: corsair with M&B aspects but still very early on.
I said that before I bought the game (which I haven't played yet) but I know Kenshi/M&B are often shared in suggestion - but I'll see for myself right now , going to play it

Same, i'm also going to post a video as requested in the post. Focusing abit more on the battle. Not a full on review from me yet either as it would be based on first imrpessions in the first day of Early Access. I want to wait abit further with making a full review. Enjoy.

Wow, 2 of my favorite games ...(and Rimworld) will have to keep an eyeball on this game.
eh refunded it its sorely lacking in gameplay right now....half the towns i visited made me leave only citys let me do anything unlike M&B which kinda looks like what they were going for.

ship combat was fun tho but rest of it was meh ill keep an eye on it if they dont abandon it (i have a feeling they will) then ill buy it agin later but till it gets lil better in terms of somthing to do ill pass.

Only for in like half hour last night but it's a hell of a solid start and quite fun.

Still it's early on in develoemt so if you happy to help test a game in early development with bugs and everything else that comes with it then sure pick it up..

If you are expecting a fully completed playable game then stay away.

But that's the same for all EA titles really.
Well, let's see. I have been playing M&B since version 0.57 when zendar was half built and the only bad guys were Black Knights. Then I played a game by Akeela software called Age of Pirates and though is was janky as hell, it was not a bad game. Then I found Blood and Gold, I thought Armagan had made that due to the M&B style, turns out not so. Blood and Gold was like Age of Pirates slammed into Mount and Blade, and I found it to be fantastic, maybe a few tweaks and perfection on a game I loved from my child hood, Sid Meier's Pirates! So now the guys that made Blood and Gold want to make Feral Blue, so yeah why not, I can get behind that. Now to see if the devs are listening to the players, we have paid to join your testing team it seems, and I have no issue with that. But make sure you have open Dialogue the way Armagan did when working on M&B. Part of why M&B was so good was the fact it was built in a basement by a husband and wife team, with the support of gamers and open dialogue. That is the only reason so many people still wait for Bannerlord 2, and now the bar is so high I sadly fear that they won't meet expectation with all the overhype. So I would love to be part of the development of a most excellent naval game, and that part looks great so far, now we need to cobble together the rest of the world, including the economy, diplomacy and Interaction amongst other things. But for now, how about something simple like being able to block in melee combat, if you can already, then maybe a keybinding or even a key legend that tells a player which button is used for blocking ;)

Thanks for reading my novel ;P TLDR: Played Games long time, happy to be here, please listen to the players for the best development and protip: blocking can prevent death, just doooo it!
