Anyone know a way to change the player level?

hey so i got up to nearly level 60 but then i ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up with the saves and anyways im back down to level 10 again and since the leveling up can already be painfully slow at times in this game grinding my way back up to level 60 sound like a nightmare, So anyways i tried cheat engine (and while im not an expert with CE i am able to do basic ♥♥♥♥ like change my money value and things like that) and i checked for trainers and save games online and theres nothing there either.

so does any friendly CE wizard know if theres something else i could try? or if theres some lines i could try changin in the .inis?

Your best bet would to get a save file from someone who is a high level.

Scan first in "unknown initial value".

Change "unknown initial value" to "increased value by".

Do an action that gives you experience and scan CE again, rinse and repeat until there is only 1 result.

You have to see how much exp you gain each time for the "increased value by".

Tested right now and it worked.

XD no worries, glad you got it working, i couldn't imagine grinding all the way back to 60+++ from scratch..

Maybe backup your savefile this time !

a faster way to do this is to start a new game, use cheat engine and start by searching your amount of xp at lvl 1 (mine was 16) then sell to a customer, search for 18 on next scan, then harvest a plant and look at the values on the left before doing next search. find the one that has the same xp number as your in game xp... theres your address to edit. took me 5 mins opposed to spending ages trying other ways. editing the save file just corrupted my save, stupid me didnt backup, but now i an get back to where i was
