help with tank build

Trying to make the best tank build and could use some help. At the moment I am using these items
- Twisted idol
- Guardian's ring
- Alchemist's Jewel
- leto's set
- riven
Not sure what weapons I should be using or if there are any other items better?

Dreemax facetank build is based on lifeleech from high critics instead of high defense
From what i saw it demands Dlc gear like weapons with "frost" that makes your crit damage skyrocket ( i'm not 100% sure, i just have the base game)

I was using a high defense build and was able to facetank normal and hard with a gear sscore of just 6 and not a single trait point spent, but i wasn't able to tank nightmare

My setup was

- Leto's set
- Twisted idol
- Agressor bane ring ( it gaves 15% of damage reduction but incresses enemies agression and awareness by 200% meaning as soon as you enter a place every hostile you hunt you dawn )
- Leech ember

Mods : Mender's Aura and Ficker Cloack/Howlers immunity/Mantle of Thorns ( Would change according to the situation)

Weapon : Butcher's Flail . It corrodes the enemy meaning his defenses will go dawn and has sinergy with catalyst + arcane strike and spirit and you could use mods much more frequently ( i just used traits in nightmare it helped me a bit , i was able to facetank Gorefist , but after that my build stoped being effective)

It mostly depends on the boss, some changes were made to the game and life leech is not as good but if you use full buffs and have all traits it gets a lot easier.
Depending on difficulty and boss you can go for crazy builds, like the 1000 armor or the petriefied maul with life leech
