[UPDATE] HOTFIX to Resolve Game Not Launching is Live

UPDATE We have released a HOTFIX that we believe resolves an issue preventing some players from launching the game.

NOTE - Those who changed the locale for non-Unicode programs in order to workaround the issue should revert this change as it is likely the cause of the “Insufficient storage space” error.

我稍微翻译一下：
打开Steam-库-鼠标右键《Dishonored®: Death of the Outsider™》--选择“属性”--“测试”（弹出的界面顶端）--“请选择您想要参与的测试”--“public-beta-updata”

选中之后关闭页面，steam会自动下载一个80MB的补丁，下载完毕后就可正常运行了。

PS.之前通过更改Unicode地区至英国的解决方案已失效，官方建议将该选项改回默认选项~

Works. But I've got another bug. Releasing Daud gives me one kill for some reason. Everyone. EVERYONE around is unconscious. I check stats - zero kills. I release Daud - 1 kill after the cutscene.

still not working for me. I cannot get to page to allow me to copy to cllpboard for the DRM!!!! Page will not load!!!! I get the dishonored-DO box, but it won't load a page so I can copy to clipboard. And now I learned why to never pre order.

The DLC won't launch for me and neither will the original game which I havent touched for months but left installed on my C drive. Im trying a reinstall of the original game from scratch but if that doesnt fix it then Im demanding a refund from Steam.
All other games in my Steam folder (L4D2, Prey, Rise of the Tombraider, Witcher 3, XCOM etc )
work just fine but D2 has had technical problems from day one.
