Yeah, seems it must be the case. Minimap wasn't showing anything broken when installed without any plumbing there. There were still a few buyers complaining that they wanted a sauna, so I'm guessing that they wanted something bigger/fancier...
Same with the woman that wanted more flowers. I'm just going to assume that she wanted more flowers INSIDE the house....
as I happen to go in to a sauna IRL at least once a week, Usually twice.
The shower sauna feels like an insult to me.
Then again most saunas I have seen in game, either job build, or screen shot. makes me feel that nobody actually has ever seen a sauna. but that's a minor detail, and I know that there are players that have never seen a sauna... but that's beside the point.
My point is, The shower/sauna combo thingy item, is an insult for a sauna.
Several of the buyers did stop complaining about no sauna and the value went up enough to cover the costs of cancelling an auction and still made more money from it.
Yeah, that's why I figured it just wasn't enough for some of them. They didn't want it to be overpowered. Making it more worthwhile to plan out a proper one. I mainly wanted to figure it out as part of learning the game and it seems like no one is talking about it at all. While it does take up a lot of space, no one seems to care about how you actually place any items so long as it is there. Only one buyer complained about a lack of space to move around, but thinking about it, they probably wanted me to knock out the wall between kitchen and living space which actually made sense since it was only a 30m2.
