Dirt bug is still a thing?

Stuck at 93% dirt and swept every corner of the room as well as every piece of furniture and the bar is still stuck at 93%. Is this still a bug even today? I see many people run into this issue too and it annoys the hell out of me being a perfectionist when it comes to cleanliness.

The cleaning bug can be solved by exiting to main game menu and loading your save again it only happened to me once
