Console Command for complete quest Training Day example?

quest complete TrainingDay dont work

You have to start the quest first, and the text you input must be a match to what is in the story file. I am traveling and don't have access to the files right now but I know for Rachael's thermos quest you MUST type both of the below. You can replicate this approach for Training Day.

quest start "Hunt for Red's Thermos"

quest complete "Hunt for Red's Thermos"

Note that to put the entire quest name in you must use quotes. The console will normally parse out spaces but if you encase your string in " " then it will interpret that as one input parameter.
