im dumb. how do i jump?

I can't figure out how to jump... and this is making me sad. Sorry for the dumb question.

On Oculus it is analog up on the non-movement controller (sneak being down on that controller). It only works if not using teleport movement.

On vive you hold and release on the side buttons. U jump on release.

Non dominat hand, as it uses those for Shouts when you get that far, had to look at the in game help for that as It did not tell you, or at least I did not see it.

Basically, bend your knees and lower your center of gravity then push up through the floor with your legs and if you gain enough speed fast enough your momentum will carry your body off the ground briefly until gravity returns it.

One of them is shout, and the other, if you hold, you end up sneaking. You just click the non-dominant grip.
