My favorite: Undrow (undead+drow) for evil; Dwairy (dwarf + fairy) for good; Dritan/dragan (I don't know how it's called, dragon+titan) for neutral.
Evil Undead: When you uninstall the game and play again few months later :p
Neutral Faceless: Brainwaves means free Labytinths which translates to more mana
At early reincarnations I find it useful, then again I haven't progressed far enough (R2 not even have Drow yet). If I'm close to next R, I go for Angel Dwarf
Evil: undead (more for the lore than the actual gameplay)
Neutral: druids
But otherwise:
Dwelf (Dwarf+Elf)
Droblin (Drow+Goblin)
Facegon (Faceless+Dragon)
For Dragons, you need to reach Reincarnation 46 to start the Quest series for it (four stages, each requiring a minimum of 12 hours in that stage, and the second, third, and fourth having a second requirement).
Reincarnation is unlocked once you reach 1 Oc Gems (e27, for reference). Every R after that costs more Gems. Until you Ascend (reach R40), it's x1,000 Gems to Reincarnate. After Ascension, formulas change for everything (nerfed for all production, as one example), Reincarnation 41 takes a lower amount of Gems (but still a decent amount of time), and Gem costs increases by x100 each R.
Wich gets easier at R3, and at R7. And when being ar R7+ you even can do a run to get the Mana Waste trophy, wich grants a very nice upgrade.
