Exactly. Game feels really stuttery at that moments just like 30-40fps but the FPS counter is basically nailed to 60fps. Tracks seem random though. First i observed it at the Temple track. It also stops later when you keep driving.

Now that I look in MSI Afterburner I only see frametimes fluctuate at a max of 2ms variance, so I'm wondering if it's just a quirk of the game's camera or something that makes it look like a frame is being dropped.
Running a Ryzen 3600/GTX 1080 Ti system, so definitely not a hardware spec limitation.
at 1440p my steam fps counter was fluctuating from anywhere from 300 to 600fps. so i put a hard cap on at 144fps and now it says im getting about 100 - 144fps. i cant tell whats causing the stuttering whether its just bad frame pacing, dropped frames or a lack of consistency but theres something very off here
- The game is horribly optimized
- The Engine used is simply not suited for fast racing games
- Some DirectX issue
