Question about Wrath [2nd]
So... I get that I am probably supposed to keep him from healing. Just... how?

Of the enemies in the arena, only the purple-ish demons seem to register my hits, and even with the next/previous enemy camera I cannot actually focus on them, plus they have a bit much health for the AE whip combo to clear them faster than they respawn.

I could de-focus entirely, but then the camera is too close to see Wrath's attacks coming, the zoom-out from the focus is actually kinda useful here.

I tried slowing him, but it's not consistent enough.

I tried staying in front of him, but he still turns away and charges off, plus his ground-pound always clears the arena and heals him for 50%-75% regardless.

I tried using aeriel hammer charge attacks to knockback smaller enemies but he still seems to register his hits.

It's trivial to stay alive against him, but he's not dying either since he just respawns mobs faster and faster if he needs more. I suspect I need to turn the mob spawns off somehow?

(Thanks in advance)

Weird, he keeps doing a ground pound for me (Balanced difficulty) which basically refills his health since it kills everything in the arena. And like I said, I can't target any of the mobs and only hit a handful of them if I try AE attacks near them. Hrm :(

You can only focus on him and try to do more damage than he can heal even with the stomp. It is better to keep Wrath for later when you have upgraded most of your weapons to max.
Even using the stasis hollow ability can help out a little actually. Use it since it stops him from moving a lot, and replenish it with wrath shards.

Ah, I brute-forced it now by just spamming him with my spear with the generates-more-wrath-per-hit and just casting the tornados whenever the bar was full. Still took multiple minutes, but I was dealing slightly more damage than he could heal.

I think it came to haunt me now that I only did like 10 upgrades to physical here, most went to arcane for massive counterattacks but with him the problem was far less about countering.

Anyhow, TYVM!
