As the title says, it would be useful make the player's head try to follow their mouse cursor, even when they're not aiming.

This would help when using headlamps and the diving suit's helmet light, especially when using guns. This would also help keep the player oriented correctly in the water - or so I could hope - which would help reduce some of the awkward floppiness. It would also offer some small communication cues by following other player's gazes.
