Final boss....
I pretty much got 12 handgun bullets, smoke bolts, and electrical bolts...(shotgun obviously is useless here) am I screwed?

no because there's little bugs that drop tons of ammo

The bugs that Myra spawns drop a ton of ammo for your weapons. Just press F to stomp on them and gather what they dropped.
