Melee Input Buffer
The input buffer on melee attacks is ridiculously high. If you hit melee attack during the current swing then you're locked into another one no matter what. This is problematic as the target could move away, or you could have accidently hit the button twice. Some input buffer is fine so that you get the next attack off as fast as possible, but it is currently so high that you can effectively stun yourself for 4 seconds if you make a mistake.

you can at anytime switch weapons and cancel attack

Thats handy to know for the future, I'll test it out to see if it solves the problem. I don't think that it is an intended solution however.
