I narrowed down the issue at least in my environment. I have F-Secure Internet Security running on my PC. Trying out some combinations of connections, enabling/ disabling Firewall and F-Secure, showed up that enabled F-Secure leads to the issue.

PES worked before and i did not had any change on my system, so i assume that a silent F-Secure Update(a few weeks ago?) causes the issue.

One more detail. Disabling the whole security suite is not a solution for me.
It was enough to exclude exactly PES2018.exe from the so called "Deep Guard". It seems like, this component is doing live scanning of software activity and prevents PES from connecting to the server.
If you are using another security suite, a similar component might do the same.
Hope this helps guys!

Same problem persists. I checked the log from my router and it keeps showing UNREPLIED for one of Konami's server IP's, could that be the IP address that would be malfunctioning:

210.148.52.96:3478 ASSURED
210.148.52.96:3478 ASSURED
210.148.52.97:3478 UNREPLIED
210.148.52.97:3479 UNREPLIED

Thank you for contacting KONAMI Customer Support.

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing some inconvenience.
Could you please try out the following steps and see if they help with your connectivity:

- Reboot the Modem and Router.
- If you have other devices connected to internet, please disconnect them, leaving only your console/PC.
- Depending on when you are connected to internet, connection may fail. Could you please try connecting on different hours and see?

An official connection checker tool is also available; this will test your network setup to see if it is suitable to play:
https://www.konami.com/wepes/2018/us/en-us/page/connection_checker

If none of the above resolves your connectivity issue, then it would be best to contact your ISP for further assistance.

Thank you for your understanding.

Have the same issue since about 2 weeks. After answering all the questions from the Konami support, i've got this response.

"We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will solve this problem and will fix it as soon as possible.
An in-game announcement will be posted as soon as the problem is resolved.

We again apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your report.

KONAMI customer service"

Makes me hope...

If this helps, your live data file may be located here -

C:\ProgramData\KONAMI\PRO EVOLUTION SOCCER 2018\save

I had trouble trying to find it, wondering why it wasn't in the other usual location. May have to click the View tab above in Explorer and check the Hidden Items box. Hope this helps!

Reply from Konami after 6 emails we already changed where I answered again and again same questions and gave them all that they demanded. Here it goes:

Thank you for the reply.

These error codes are for the authentication failure. There is the possibility that the you network is restricting your access and preventing you from downloading the update files properly. Please check the internet environment, firewalls or anything relating to the internet connection. If you are using a proxy server to access the Internet, please change the settings.

What a great support and very helpful from KONAMI. I told them in every mail that I played without a problem for a month and nothing changed with my ISP and they send me that. WTF?

Does somebody of you also have F-Secure installed?

One more detail. Disabling the whole security suite is not a solution for me.
It was enough to exclude exactly PES2018.exe from the so called "Deep Guard". It seems like, this component is doing live scanning of software activity and prevents PES from connecting to the server.
If you are using another security suite, a similar component might do the same.
Hope this helps guys!

Dude you are one heck of a problem solver. I excluded just like you said PES2018.exe and it works. Thank God after 24.10. I saw MyClub menu. Nevertheless we must all demand compensation for that period after all they didn't gave us solution, their answer was general internet related.

Thank you for a solution great job Lombardimuc.
