Report a translation problem
I sent in two different bug reports with the save file and everything, hopefully you can use the data to fix it.
Some guests get stuck, others don't. They seem to be able to get stuck only at specific points: just outside their car in the carpark, at the park entrance after paying their ticket, and in front of the toilets inside the park. Saving the game and exiting and reloading the save, or saving and then loading the save directly, 'releases' the visitors from their bonds and let's them move again.
The problem with this temporary fix is that it won't prevent them getting stuck again. So if you release one at their car, they might need releasing again at the park's entrance. With guests constantly flooding into the park and thus getting stuck, constant savereloading is necessary to stave it off for now if you want to complete a mission.
The guests being stuck also prevents the day from ending, the timer stays stuck at 0. Guests can still pay for their entrance in that time. Savereloading instantly brings you to the end-of-day screen in the office. Maybe ticking 'skip summary' might solve that little issue, but I haven't tried it yet
