a poor imitation of the first game. its got none of the charm,

the story is horrific, the game feels cheaper, clunkier and feels extremely rushed. if you value your time, its worth skipping. 1/10.

Pacing and QoL is pretty bad. I just opened up the kingdom development and can't be bothered anymore.
Walking speed is slow enough that I had to open youtube on a different screen to make it bearable, dying makes you load a save (meaning you lose all items, have to get through the unskippable cutscenes again, etc), a good amount of the animations have slighty akward short pauses at the end.

It's a shame because the story is fine, the characters are charming enough, the one set of puzzles I did was fun and the monster designs are also cool, but as an adult I don't have enough time to make getting though this an enjoyable experience anymore.
