Sidequest 112 bug

Hey,

So the higgledy stone for Sidequest 112 is the one in the Factory Floor (2nd floor).
It has somehow turned to its inactive state, despite me not having handed in the whole milk, or receiving the higgledy.
This is causing me to be unable to finish Sidequest 112 "Healing Rifts with Higgledies".
I do recall that the stone worked on my first trip through the factory floor, but I did not have any whole milk to give it.
Any return trip back has been met with an inactive stone.

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm not sure if it's been reported before, I tried a quick search and didn't see anything.
