AI Cheating?
A few days ago a buddy and myself were playing against a Hard AI. As usual they went heavy helicopters, and we were prepared. I'd say the first wave had 15+ ATGM/AA choppers, including a havoc or two. What was odd was that we faced 4 more waves of choppers just as large or larger throughout the game. We are also 99% positive that we destroyed at least 6 Havocs, which isn't possible.

Was the AI able to somehow call in more choppers than it should have? It was frustrating, and we almost ran out of AA units.

yes the ai can call the same unit as much as it wants haven't you seen all the t-80v human players can only have 2 they as many as they want dangerous

I believe they fixed this issue though in the new Wargame coming out. I remember one of their dev videos talking about "balancing AI to more humanitistic behaviors from watching leauge matches" soooo... here is to hoping once the new one drops!

AI seems to spam everything especially helis and tanks so i advise bring good tanks and lots of AA

actually the ai can spawn the standard unit count times the amount of human opponents.

EX: 3 humans agains ai(NATO): the AI can call in 12 apaches since 4(base count) * 3 opponents.

same with humans: you play 1 v 3 => you can place 12 FOBs etc.

Interesting, I guess I didn't think about it that way. That does make it more fair I suppose. Thanks for the explanation. I guess the developers weren't derping after all. This game is fantastic.

what =7Cav=SSG.Wiese.m says is true. to make it fair for both human and ai the amount of players the other team has compared to yours determines how many units you get or the enemy gets. the example he has given is the correct example. however should an allie leave you don't get more units you only get more reinforcement points.

me and a couple people did that against an ai hard we blitzed them killed all there spwn bases but there where still sending out troops 15 minutes after we killed there trucks.
Sadmiral 17 ABR 2013 a las 11:49
i did somthing similair i took out an AI base yet T62s were just pouring out the spawn without a CV in sight so i put my M1A1s on a hill over looking the road and they ended up running out of ammo 4 or 5 times while i was roatating them with M1IPs

Actually ignore what I said about it "adjusting to the number of opponents."
Played 2vAI today, faced 16 x T80U. SIX_TEEN. Basically, that's cheating, same as never running out of fuel, since the AI doesn't know about the *magic* of supplies and hasn't been taught how all that works.

Did I mention always KNOW where your commands are in rear areas and just drive straight there?

Clearly nothing's better than playing agains humans.

Yeah, I thought it seemed pretty broken.. I do like going into a Hard AI's fob at the end and finding it completely full! :D
