My friend DANK3RER can't get it cause it's hard.
He only got 17/18 and he hasn't got the achievement earned.

You can use Tails or Knuckles to get this achievement, right? And can you get it in time attack mode, to save the trouble of having to play through the first act?

Edit: Alright, so the answer to both questions is yes.

i actually got it at 1 minute and 1 second, don´t know why but maybe it substracts time with something? Or did i get by a bug?
