Kzarka and Liverto have the same base AP values at the same enhancement level, but Kzarka gives higher accuracy. Not that it really matters in the current meta where AP is everything, but TRI Kzarka is still way better than TET Liverto because it gives way more damage in PvE due to its PvE based AP stats on the side. Liverto is a money sink.
