Can you increase Bargain chance?

Is there anyway to increase the odds of getting a succesful bagaining? I used to do all my selling and stuff around Heidel but moved stuff to Calpheon. I can't seem to get this damn trader to ever bargain. At the other trader I got it in 2-3 attempts at most. This one I can drop my entire energy bar on her and she wont give.

I heard if you know the person (amites) it will be easier. Dunno if it's true.

also heard its easyer with higher trading skill - cant confirm either so my guess is - NOPE - RNG like most of the game.

You can bargain easier with said NPC if you have the same constellation as them. That also works for the ease of amity gains as well.
