Anyone else stuck in Tutorial?

I am stuck where I am supposed to be interacting with the table that has potions on it. I can run the game just fine, have great internet and such, I have tried verifying the cache on steam, creating a new character, force closing the "launcher for steam", I even went out on a limb and just set all my graphics settings to the lowest possible and even fully deleting/redownloading the entire game.

What happens is, I walk up to the table and press R on the potions, and once I press it something appears to happen because at that point I can no longer text chat, press esc to settings, nor fight enemies. The game essentially hangs and then just either crashes or disconnects, then gives me a disconnected error, and once pressing "Okay" that also crashes to desktop.

Edit: I have submitted multiple tickets now and Tech support has given up on responding I suppose. Anyone find a new work around yet?

It's bugged for me too. R does nothing with the potions. Ridiculous such an issue should be present right at launch.

I hit i but its just my inventory, I mean I litterally cannot pick up the potions and finish this portion of the tutorial and I'm purpetually stuck in this loop :/

I just did it on a newly created character without the steam version. I got it, the black spirit told me to open inventory, I right clicked on the item, then clicked on it again on the skill bar and was done.
I never encountered such issue, I cant say much. Try going to unpopulated channel or a channel that is not for new players.

I tried a couple different servers (ones without steam tag, ones with, and ones that are not very populated) but sadly the same still occures > .<

It's a lag/connection problem with the steam version, just have to wait for a fix...

You cant do much if there is no workaround atm. You can only hope that the staff on Steam will notice it and report it, so with the next maintenance in 2 days it will be fixed.
You can skip the tutorial only if you have a character with lvl 50 or above.

Ah, okie dokie. I guess that's that then :c I can wait. The only thing I found when I was looking it up was some group running a private server actually had this problem and they ended up patching it themselves.

I had that issue, disconnected and switched servers, and it was fixed

I tried that too but.. Hopefully maintanence time will fix it.

What? The potions appear in your inventory. Just right click them. There is no bug this game has been out for years and I have never once heard this complaint.
