Turn down Xeno'jiva armor glow help!
Hello! I absolutely adore this game, and have had no issues with my eyes until I tried this set. The brightness of the pulsating glow from the wings is too much for me to handle, and I was wondering if there is a way I can turn it down/off? The wings are just fine when they aren't glowing, but I get dizzy looking at them from any combat range. Is there anything I can do to change this?

I've fiddled with every ingame setting and my monitor as well. Tried everything! Or was there something I missed?

You can disable the display of the helm in the options menu. Other than that, your best bet is probably asking modders if they'd be willing to do something about it.

But isn't layered armor only active for the Haloween event?

I don't use the helmet with my current build. Chest, arms, and belt. Sadly, the glow is with the chest and belt. I might try the offical forums to see if someone can do anything, cause I want to use the set, but I don't know if my eyes can handle that throbbing glow.

Thank you so much! So do I have to forge the Haloween armor to use the layered armor set? So far, it's the only one I havae available. I've been using the greaves for mushroomancer

If you done the event quest then you should see the "layered armor" option from your character menu at the bottom. The one you forge at the smithy is NOT layered armor.

I have the full Halloween set in the layered armor section. Just want to confirm I will have that permanently, not just duringthe event.

I know that! I actually use the greaves for their amazing stats and mushroomancer.

Yeah sadly all Xeno stuff use this flashy Vail pattern... Bright as F. And most people give that to their palico as well...

As for the weapons in general what are the trademark characteristics ? White sharpness, some elderseal, and big gem slot ?

Once I got up to Nergigante, my Kitty wearing Nergi set for life hahaha
Now, I can give him a Mooggle outfit but I'm already seen them everywhere in FF14 and I'm a Dragoon job so MHW Drachen set and Mooggle not really feel excited to me haha.
Site notice:
Those moogles are evil trouble maker and when they come to MHW they are still trouble maker..........

Okay, but how to actually solve this problem?
You can hide it on your own.
You can kick anybody who shows up with the pain inducing armor on.
But how do you SOLVE it?

42 is the ultimate answer, but that isn't the correct question, sorry.
