If you're under geared and or inflicted with defense down then yea he can hurt a little, but picklejho isnt really that bad. What attacks are giving you the most trouble? What gear do you have? How much defense?

320 def, he spams spinning attack and charges over and over again, cant move anywhere

What weapon are you using?

Ok, your defense should be alright. What weapon are you using? And if hes spamming the tailspin try to keep a little distance, he doesnt move too far forward but his tail is kinda thicc. Try to get a better feel for the range and near the end of the spin you could nail his head a few times, I think you can also hug one of his legs and roll to avoid the spin, might need evade window though so I'm not 100% on that. By charging at you do you mean hes literally just running at you or is he doing the shovel scoops that cover alot of ground as he takes huge steps forward?

You get stunned by getting hit alot in a short time:

-Rolling makes you not get hit therefore not get stunned so slotting some
evade window/extender jewels can help you i-frame his attacks.

-Stun resistance jewels also exists.

-Rocksteady and temporal mantels (and technically cleanser booster) also negate stun in their own way.

Also some info on what armor, skills and weapons you're using could help us giving you some better tips.

Ahhhh... I remember the days when I tried to solo Deviljho as soon as he was available when I was still on 7 star quests. I banged my head against him so many times but ultimately just carted over and over again. Eventually, I just gave up and finished base game 1st before taking him on again. By then he was such a push over that I was laughing at how I had so much difficulty fighting him before.

Evade towards him for most of his attacks.

Im a greatsword user. I find tackling through most charges works great. You take less damage and you tend to ragdoll much less.

Thats pretty much the whole game, honestly. Cycle repeats with any other monsters you're struggling with. All it takes is time AKA patience and practice then its EZ Clap.
Most monster are probably going to kill you when they sting you, by attack or roar.
Are you fighting his normal or tempered version?
What weapon are you using?

long sword and he likes to jump trough walls 100meters

Ok so back in the day, the build I used for alot of hunts was as follows:

Head: Guild Cross B
Chest: Vhal mail B
Hands: Vhal bracers B
Waist: Vhal coil B
Feet : Nergi greeves B

The decision were really easy to come by as well. Just 3 medicine jewls, 3 vitality jewels, a tenderizer 2 or a critical 2, and fill in the rest with what ever resistances you need for the monster your after. I can't give much advice on a long sword because I'm a Geeatsword user. At the time I have a Wyvern Ignition Impact with a Elementaless jewel wich more than made up for the lack of offense skills.
