Help us improve server stability [EU, US & Asia]
We noticed that some of you are having trouble with some of our servers. In order to fix this issue and improve overall stability, we need some of your feedback on the game.

If you encountered problems on our servers, please reach out to us and email us:

- Your location (country)
- The zone you usually pick in matchmaking
- Your IP address (it can be found on www.ipchicken.com)
- Videos of the issue occurring and a look at the scoreboard, using Debug Overlays for FPS Counter, Network Stats, and level location (these can be found under Settings > Game > DeBug Settings)
- The Replay ID of the game the issue occurred in
- Your MTR report

In order to get an MTR report, you will have to:

1. Download WinMTR - available here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/files/latest/download
2. Unzip the file and run the WinMTR.exe file inside it.
3. Set the host as your server's IP address (no port) and hit 'Start'. Here are the IP addresses to use: EU: 72.251.246.102 / US East: 209.95.51.179/ US West: 209.191.164.171 / Asia: 107.6.113.155
4. Continue to play with MTR running in the background for at least 20 minutes. You must play with MTR running. (If possible, record your gameplay at the same time)
5. When you are finished, stop the trace and export the results to TEXT.
6. Go to www.ipchicken.com and copy your IP address.
7. Email us the results at support-sandstorm@focus-home.com

encountered problems (rubberbanding) only in pvp, at 28 ms ping

All on HC multiplayer
rubber banding.
general freeze lag while everyone else is moving and game continues.
even up to 5 second screen freeze.
some servers when zooming in it will freeze slightly, long enough for enemy to shoot me before i can re adjust scope to Ai.
internet is 48MGH.only certain servers, or if we connect through 1 person who hosts server ?
not sure how yall have that set up.
if someone is hosting on wifi... thats a no go.

side note,
enemy spawning behind us, within 5 meters, turning around to check prior, turn back forward then turn around and enemy is there. no way they could have been hiding anywhere. they just spawn in the open, behind us.

PLEASE !!!! fix this > when joinging a game it picks a game that is ending soon, 3rd attempt even on the final point..... leave the game.. wait 10 seconds.. join...the same game...? do it again... same game...

other then this stuff, GREAT GAME !!!!!! yall have done great work !!!

definetely been getting the invisible enemy bug alot sometimes you can atleast see their weapons only but kind of gamebreaking but regardless good work so far!
I also noticed that cars with which I´ve had rubberbanding issues (seperate from the cars flipping, which is still present) with for a long time also have 0 ping when I get rubberbanding in them. Only difference is that this issue stays for the duration I´m in the car, while on foot it´s more of a "classic" rubberbanding with 1-5s duration.

Players with bad ping just de-sync and fall through the map constantly on my side.
Kicking down doors causes de-sync for me. Sometimes i'll kick a door in and then rubberband so that the door will "un-kick" itself and teleport me backwards.

FPS spike still happen , 60% GPU usage :chattering:
Still having many issues where im constantly disconnected from both official and community matches. Cant play more than like 3-5 minutes in a match.

I have a more than capable and stable system with hardwire connection to internet. All drivers updated. Tried re installing game with no fix. Will format windows for other reasons but will see if it helps.
I have on average 0-28 ping the worst ive gotten recently was 68 but i had to take almost a 2 month break until it was somewhat playable and after 2 days of rubberbanding about once every thirty seconds it is prettymuch constant now
My ping is usually 60-70ms on average. Sometimes it actually drops down to 5-0ms, Figured it would make everything smoother, But no, It actually felt like everything was rubberbanding. Hopes this helps!
Why O Why mighty DEVS dont u try YOUR SELF the garbage you've done^^. this ♥♥♥♥ is happening since the free weekend & the update about AMD CPU...this is ♥♥♥♥in unplayable...
The freezes when aiming with red dot x1 x2 x4,etc is back. And the Hit Reg , ROFL...
EU servers are so crappy that we get freezes & rollbacks while the ping stats are crazy(usually around 50-60ms for me and then drop to 0->8->12->24)

THERE IS JUST ONE SOLUTION AND U DEVS KNOW THAT !! TOO MANY PLAYERS ON THE SERVER? why i have to play 40 fps J U S T because its 14vs14 ?? make 8v8 and its P E R F E C T !!! its bacause too much players navigating through the map - thats all!! you not battlefield with 64 players - you`re BETTER - so do it !! cant cost much more these 3 servers more for EU .. i mean if 24 playersis much for you - i know.. but we paid 30 EUR - so pls give me DOUBLE FPS with less Players... these F E W more servers - u may just need 3 more (xDD) can be so expensive :DD cmon you know its true !! you should stop testing on LAN Servers ^^ or DONT TEST with 5v5 in CTE - go 14 vs 14 DEVS and you will see !! And where is my money if i make all these steps FOR YOU ? i can send you my steps to give me the money for all my hours testing and try to fix the game in paypal... thats fair !
