Looking for the Filmgrain=-1 Line in Renderer
I changed this setting before todays patch from -1 back to 1 (or vice versa...can't remember) and it really was a night/day change. The game was dark/dull before and suddenly the sunlight was actually bright and colors were vivid. I swear that todays patch reverted it. Everything seems dark again and interiors are especially dank. Can't find it again and could use some help.

I seem to recall it was in or under renderer settings, but can't remember where those are now.

I also would appreciate if anyone could find the sharpness/sharpening setting. Because it's blown out in this game

Any luck yet? I've been trying to find a way to get rid of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ filter they put over the game.

Do you remember if it had anything to do with the Engine.ini or Scalability.ini located in "C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient" ?

UE4 has some commands like r.Tonemapper.GrainQuantization and r.Tonemapper.Quality commands that deal with grain effects. Those are common settings for controlling grain effects, but they shouldn't drastically alter the vividness/saturation/lightness of colors as you mentioned. Also, r.Tonemapper.Quality seems to alter a lot more than just grain.
