Stuck with low fps?

Anyone else getting some piss poor performance from this game? My fps is at a constant 20-23 fps in the menu and in game. I'm running this on a 6700k + 980ti so this should not be happening.

Try verifying your game cache. Also make sure your drivers are updated

That is the most horrible I've seen a game especially with those specs. I would say to do the same as I told Sean Solo. Make sure your drivers are updated and verify your cache

Go into your library, right click your game, click properties, click local files, and verify intergrity of game files.

Im running everything on 4k with a 1070 with slights dips to low 50s but 60 like 80% of the time. That telltale optimization where random people get a decent game while others get ♥♥♥♥.
