My GM mode questions

Hi people

Does anyone know how to change player organisation role? I have planty problems with mostly all players from bench about roles. All players who has 80+ are stars... Can i somehow from GM sliders to reduce that negative impact?

When you start MyGM mode for the first time it gives you two options...one to just start and the other says 'setup options'. In setup options there is a morale difficulty slider. As far as I know though you can't change it again mid way or something. I believe you'd have to restart it. MyGM is cool to get through with at least one person. But MyLeague gives you even more options as to controlling such things as morale and their effects.

I had to look up how to change a player's organization role. People are saying you just move them up/down the rotation list. But some were saying it doesn't work...to just deny & coddle them. Not really sure what the best advice is there.

This feature has been removed from previous years. It just auto sets in based on their overalls I think. Having lots of good players seems to just piss everyone off...
