If Oculus nowadays works through SteamVR then probably yes. Originally we have been one of the first with support for Oculus DK1 and DK2, but later integrations broke some stuff. Then we didn't receive our Rift devkit because Oculus claimed our country "wasn't supported" which was funny for an EU country, but as the result we currently only have HTC Vive and Valve Index and Varjo headsets around here.
