Tower of hanoi cups

I have no clue on how to get the last tower of hanoi cups. I have order matters but not perfecto and i think there is one more (don't quote me on that). How do you get them?

For the "Perfecto" cup I can give you a hint: the puzzle is based on a child's toy "Hanoi tower" and you can Google some rules ;)

This is very outdated I know, however I have found the solution for anyone out there still looking, Perfecto you just have to get the correct solution with 31 or less moves. Order matters you must beat the level without putting any big pieces above any piece smaller than itself, and get the correct solution obviously. A Cheater I'm not entirely sure, but I did find that if I picked up the top piece, moved the next three pieces with the top piece by moving it under the stack, set the stack down, dropped the top piece, grabbed the bottom piece and moved it to the far right pole, then grabbed the top piece and used it to move the stack of the middle three pieces, setting the stack on the final pole, then using the top piece to push the stack in carefully one by one, then finally putting the final piece on, I got the achievement.
