contact securom or WB and let them know the problem, if you didn't purchase it 6 months ago they may give you a new key if its proven it won't work

What about DLC? I can't find a prompt to put in the keys for those.

what you do portermj is you download the games for windows - LIVE marketplace client on your computer then you open it and sign in with your Windows LIVE ID, which is your email and password, then you redeem the codes in the client and download it via that client

Thanks for the suggestion, but the Marketplace client doesn't show anything that would let me enable the DLC. It just shows the two DLC packs I got for Fallout III a while back.

they must have changed the layout, because it's not there anymore, go to https://live.xbox.com/en-US/RedeemCode?xr=socialmenav if you live in the USA, and redeem all the codes you have for arkham city via that prompt, if it fails i suggest contacting microsoft support they should be able to help, don't contact the Ambassadors they have nothing to do with servers they cant change it

Did you get your key via Nvidia? First activate your key via Nvidia to get your steam redeem code

i got the key from steam when i installed it but its not working

Does it give you an error? I had to activate mine through Nvidia first before I was able to get it on steam.
