PLEASE PLEASE some kind soul help..DEMO CRASH

So I've checked on game debate and it says I meet system requirments but when I try to run demo I get: some thing is worng EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in module <UNKNOWN> at 001B:00000000.
OS win7 (32b) Intel core 2 duo E7200@2.53ghz RAM 3gb
Intel G33/G31 chipset family/ total mem 256mb/ display 1024x768 (32b)60hz/ DirectX features: [direct draw Acc, direct 3d Acc, AGPtexture Acc] all enabled
main driver: igdumdx32.dll
please help new to computer gaming and have no idea what i'm doing.. installed motioninjoy for ps3 controler and that was barley doable, so please explain in idiot terms for I'm pretty dumb. Thanx

mine did that too but then i deleted it and redownloaded and for some reason it worked.
i would redownload it!!!
