Game crashes at start up

I don't understand what the problem is I updated my drivers and looked up several guides and reinstalled the game and the game crashes the minute I launch the game is there something im overlooking or any tips that could help?

don't even bother getting the game to work. there are glitches in the games where your character will literally get trapped in a room and can't escape, thus forcing you to have to restart the whole game

I am not stuck at the game the game crashes before I even get a chance to play the game.
